This policy describes exactly what this website collects, where it is kept and how to have it removed. It describes how the site actually works, not a generic template.
Nuvforge collects only what you type into the two forms on this site, and keeps it on our own server. There is no third-party analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie anywhere on this website. Nothing you send is sold or shared with an ad network.
Nuvforge is a software studio with teams in Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore, serving clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and elsewhere. For anything in this policy, write to info@nuvforge.com.
The project brief form asks for your name and work email, and optionally your company, phone number and a description of what you want built. If you arrive from the quote estimator, the answers you chose there are carried across so you do not have to type them again.
The call booking form asks for your name and work email, optionally your company and phone number, what you would like to cover, and the time slot you picked along with the timezone your browser reported.
Both are used for one purpose: to reply to you, and to hold and confirm your call.
Like any web server, ours writes an access log containing your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser user agent. These logs rotate automatically and old ones are overwritten. They exist to keep the site up and to block abuse, and are not used to build any profile of you.
One value: whether you chose the light or the dark theme. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is not a cookie. The site sets no cookies at all.
Enquiries and bookings are stored on a server we control and are sent to us by email through our own mail server. They are not pushed into a third-party CRM, mailing list or advertising platform.
We keep an enquiry for as long as there is a live reason to: an ongoing conversation, a project, or a record of work done. When there is not, or when you ask us to, it is deleted.
Write to info@nuvforge.com and you can ask us to:
We act on these ourselves rather than routing you through a portal, and we do not require you to explain why.
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes we will update the date below. Material changes to how we handle enquiries will be described here rather than quietly amended.
