What this site is, what an estimate on it means, and the terms we work under. Nothing here replaces the written scope and price we agree before any work starts.
This website is published by Nuvforge, a software studio with teams in Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore. Everything on it is for information. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and sending a brief or booking a call does not create a contract.
The estimator gives an indicative range in US dollars based on the four answers you give it. It cannot see your requirements, so it cannot be a price. A fixed price is issued in writing after a short call, against a written scope, and that written figure is the one that counts.
Where this site quotes a timeline, such as a website live in 24 to 48 hours, that is measured from the point we have your complete requirements and content, not from first contact.
Before work starts we put the scope, the price in US dollars, the schedule and the payment stages in writing. If something outside that scope comes up mid-project we price it separately rather than absorbing it quietly or billing you by surprise.
On full payment, you own the code we wrote for you and it is handed over in a state you could take to another team. We keep no lock on your work: no hidden dependency on us, and no licence you have to keep paying for to run what you already bought.
Third-party components keep their own licences, and anything we built before your project and reused stays ours while you keep a licence to use it in what we delivered. We will tell you where that applies.
What you tell us about your business stays with us. We will not name you as a client or describe your project publicly without your agreement.
We are responsible for delivering what we agreed in writing, and for fixing defects in it. We are not responsible for losses arising from how the software is used, from third-party services it connects to, or from changes made to it after handover by someone else. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Nuvforge operates. Where a signed client contract says otherwise, that contract wins.
