The problem
A medico-legal report depends on a chronology of the claimant's medical history: every relevant GP visit, hospital attendance and physiotherapy session, split before and after the accident. Building it means reading hundreds of pages by hand. It is slow, expensive expert time, and a single missed entry can undermine the report.
What NuvMed does
- Upload the bundle. GP, hospital and physiotherapy records, the expert's report and the instruction letter, as PDF, Word or scans.
- Identity is checked. The claimant's name and date of birth are verified against the documents first. A mismatch is flagged, never assumed.
- Every page is read. Including scanned letters buried inside an otherwise digital export. Nothing is skipped silently.
- Review and export. A cited chronology split pre- and post-accident, with flags for what matters. Edit inline, then export to Word in house style.
Built around the failure that matters
A GP export can report a text layer on every page while most of those pages actually carry their clinical content inside an embedded scan. A tool that trusts the text layer reads nothing and reports success. NuvMed routes every page individually, as native text, scan, hybrid or blank, so that failure cannot happen quietly.

It prepares the expert's work, it does not replace the expert. NuvMed gives no opinion. Under CPR Part 35 that duty belongs to the expert and cannot be delegated, so the product is designed to make the expert faster and more thorough, with every line traceable to its source.
